Karen Hauser

Chief of Staff

Karen leads the Program Management function and acts as Chief of Staff for Top Line Growth Partners. Her focus areas include firm infrastructure, program administration, and marketing strategy.

With 25 years in marketing, communications and program management, Karen creates a strong foundation for Top Line by drawing upon her experience as marketing manager for a national non-profit, product manager for a national financial institution, and experience gained in the real estate and talent search industries. She is adept at pivoting to integrate client facing and behind-the-scenes infrastructure and process to ensure an exceptional client experience. Karen’s hands-on approach, organizational competency, and attention to detail ensure programs are delivered on-time and accurately for our clients.

Karen earned her MBA from the University of Dayton and received her BA in Marketing from Miami University. She and her husband, Keith, are parents of three grown children. When she is not helping Top Line deliver programs, Karen enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, reading, and visiting the newest Richmond craft brewery.
