Vibha will lead the evolution of a rapidly developing company by designing and implementing the Talent Acquisition infrastructure necessary to support 3E’s global growth. Reporting directly to the CHRO, Vibha will partner widely with business leaders across the company to set a talent acquisition strategy that details how 3E will attract and hire top talent. Most recently, Vibha served as a Senior Consultant with Top Line Growth Partners, providing interim talent acquisition solutions to PE backed companies. Previously, she was a Talent Leader with DrFirst Inc., a global health SaaS company.

Stephanie Harris has been named Chief Human Resources Officer for 3E, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital and Endicott Capital. 3E is a leading global provider of data-driven intelligent compliance solutions in the Environmental Health & Safety space. In this newly created position, Stephanie will lead the human resources team and be responsible for driving culture and alignment, developing and executing talent strategy, integrating acquisitions, and improving global processes and results. Most recently, Stephanie was CHRO at SOC Telemed and previously held senior HR leadership roles at Telular Corp. and Oil Price Information Service.

Chief Revenue Officer,
CRB Monitor

Paul Chaveriat has been appointed by CRB Monitor to be their Chief Revenue Officer. A high growth, information services company, CRB Monitor empowers financial institutions and capital providers to understand, identify and manage cannabis-related risks and opportunities through their unrivaled database of CRBs and Beneficial Owners.

Paul will lead the sales efforts with strategic clients who have complex business issues requiring expert level expertise in CRBs. Previously, Paul was Head of Corporate Sales for S&P Global in EMEA and APAC and also a business development leader for SNL Financial.

David Waidelich has been appointed by Feed More to be their Chief Collaboration & Programs Officer. Feed More collects, prepares and distributes food throughout Central Virginia to neighbors in need. With a service area that stretches across 34 cities and counties, their comprehensive programs and Agency Network are dedicated to providing their communities with access to quality food and healthy meals year-round.

As part of their Food Bank of the Future strategy, this role will work to deepen catalytic partnerships that provide greater insights with community resources whose collaborative efforts may help to reduce food insecurity in their area. David spent 20 years in the Navy, is a mission driven leader, and has a passion for health and wellness solutions.

Lowell Price has been named Chief Revenue Officer for Home Care Delivered, a portfolio company of Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company. Founded in 1996 by Gordy Fox, Home Care Delivered is a purpose-driven organization with the goal of helping people living with chronic medical conditions get the products they need to live with confidence and dignity. Lowell will serve this rapidly developing, private equity backed company by holistically managing the growth and evolution of all company revenue streams to include referral sources, payer networks, manufacturers, and digital customer acquisition channels.

Most recently, Lowell led the commercial functions for Evidera, a global leader in providing evidenced based solutions for biopharma and biotechnology products. Previously, Lowell worked in a variety of sales leadership roles for GE Healthcare.

Aaron McClung has been appointed by Feed More to be their Chief Development Officer. Feed More collects, prepares and distributes food throughout Central Virginia to neighbors in need. With a service area that stretches across 34 cities and counties, their comprehensive programs and Agency Network are dedicated to providing their communities with access to quality food and healthy meals year-round.

Most recently, Aaron served in a national role within Wells Fargo’s Strategic Philanthropy Center. He was formerly the Director of Development with the University of Richmond.

Farmer Focus-Shenandoah Valley Organic

Liz Fuchs has been named the Chief People Officer for Farmer Focus in Harrisonburg, VA. Founded in 2014, the vision of Farmer Focus is to promote and protect generational family farms and to build partnerships that support this vision.

Liz will lead the human resources team and be responsible for driving culture, developing talent strategy, and improving processes and results. Most recently, Liz was Vice President, Human Resources for Systems and Technology Research and was formerly Global Head of Human Resources for the Association for Talent Development.

Chief Legal + Compliance Officer,

Liz Whalley Buono has been appointed Chief Legal & Compliance Officer for Phlow Corp., a mission driven organization focused on ending the essential medicine shortage in the United States. Liz will be accountable for the development and execution of Phlow’s legal and compliance policies, procedures, and contracting in accordance with Phlow’s mission and vision.

Prior to this role, Liz served as a Partner and the Life Sciences Practice Group Lead for Hancock Daniel. Previously, she had served in senior legal and compliance roles with Mead Westvaco (now WestRock) and Altria.

Juan Gamboa has been named the Chief Revenue Officer for BNamericas, a portfolio company of Endicott Growth Equity Partners. In this role, Juan will be responsible for developing and execute a comprehensive multi-year commercial strategy to drive the revenue growth and client retention targets for BNamericas.

He will also design and build business development, account management, customer success, and marketing teams, as well as the respective infrastructure capable of supporting BNamericas’ growth objectives on an international scale. Most recently, Juan served as the Vice President and General Manager of CxLoyalty, a North American rewards and customer loyalty services provider.
