Tom Corbitt

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Tom has been serving as the Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Top Line Growth Partners since he left his career as a corporate executive in 2016.   He brings 30 years of operating and consulting experience to Top Line where he leads a multi-disciplined team of professionals serving top tier clients around the globe.    

Tom’s three decades of experience span multiple industries and functional domains to include sales, operations, HR, and organizational development on a global scale.  During his corporate career, he served in these capacities at Nalco Chemical, Capital One, Allianz, SNL Financial and S&P Global. 

Tom holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Richmond. He also completed graduate level certification programs in Project Management at Villanova University and Executive Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University.  He earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2011 and the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification in 2013. 

Tom works at Top Line’s headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.  In addition to being passionate about the success of Top Line and our clients, Tom enjoys fishing, sailing, and spending time with his family.
